Dates/Deadlines

Monday, April 16th: Last day to receive a 90% refund on canceled registrations 

Tuesday, April 17th - Monday, April 30th: Last day to receive a 50% refund on canceled registrations

Tuesday May 1st - Onward: No refunds for canceled registrations

How to Register

Registration is managed by Elsevier Ltd. When you click on the "Register Here" link below, you will be taken to Elsevier's website.

In order to successfully register, you will need the following information:

1)  Personal Contact Information: Email, Name, Job title/Company, Country/State, Gender

2) Dietary Requirements

3) Type of Attendee:

- Choose “Delegate” if you simply wish to attend as a spectator alone and are NOT presenting a poster or oral presentation.

- Choose “Presenting Author” if you are presenting either a poster or oral presentation.

4) Abstract ID: If your abstract has been accepted by the Conference Committee, then you will be given this number by Elsevier. It is VERY important that you input ALL abstract ID's associated with your name! Please use a comma between the numbers (I.e. CLAD2012_XXXX, CLAD2012_YYYY, CLAD2012_ZZZZ). If you are in a full-session/panel and need to enter your group-code, simply remove the word "group" from the code (I.e. CLAD2012GROUP_XXXX becomes CLAD2012_XXXX). You MUST then email Marie-Claire Morley at Elsevier so she can edit your code from her end -- M.Morley@elsevier.com

5) Marketing Code: Ignore, this does not apply to this conference.

6) Preferences on contact from Elsevier not related to the conference. Please read these two sections carefully – one is set up to check off boxes when you do NOT wish to be contacted, the other is set up to check off boxes when you DO wish to be contacted.

7) Your Registration Type: Note that the term “Delegate” here does NOT refer to your choice of Type of Attendee in #3 above

- Early/Regular Delegate Registration

- One Day Delegate Registration

- Student Delegate Registration: When you register, you MUST send a letter from your mentor/department head, confirming your student status to m.morley@elsevier.com

8) Dormitories:

THE DORMS HAVE REACHED THEIR CAPACITY AND CAN LONGER BE BOOKED! If you have paid or are in the process of submitting payment via PO or such, you room with bill secured. However, no new additional bookings can be made at this time. If you wish to edit your already-booked dorm room, please email Marie-Claire Morley at M.Morley@elseiver.com and cc Thomas McDonald attom1@email.arizona.edu.

9) Payment Information: Please note that your registration is not complete until you confirm receipt of payment.
