Roger Street

Roger Street came to UKCIP (United Kingdom Climate Impacts Programme) in January 2006 after more than 32 years with the Canadian federal government. Much of his work focused on climate, climate impacts, and adaptation and included working within the IPCC, beginning with its first assessment report, leadership of the Canada Country Study, and involvement with the U.S. National assessment on climate change impacts AS UKCIP technical director, Street leads the program's techincal and scientific work aimed at guiding impacts and adadaptation studies and developing and devlivering new supportive resources tools, including the next set of UKCIP climate scenarious.  He has an M.Sc. in physics from the University of Toronto.
